The location was excellent for us as we wanted to catch the ferry to Brooklyn and walk back over the bridge. It's a different side to Manhatten which I think people are missing when they come to NY. A short walk to catch the ferry to the statue of liberty and the metro.

The booked room as the booking platform photos. There is 30% of the water view. Room and bathroom are clean. No issue on the water pressure. The only sad thing is the construction at the main entrance. Location was strategic, 8 min walk to the ferry to Liverty island. 10min walk to the Charging Bull.

This hotel is in the financial district, opposite the Statten Island Ferry Terminal, and Battery Park. It is only a short walk to the subway stations, and many tourist attractions. It is quiet on the weekends, and many shops and eating places are closed after 5 and on weekends. The hotel was comfortable, the beds were great, and the cleaning staff and front desk staff were friendly and helpful. We felt this location was good for us, as we don't enjoy a lot of noise and we don't stay out late at night. There is a guest laundry, which was a nice surprise.

The hotel compensated us for the breakfast, which was great. The view of the water was great. The staff was very pleasant and friendly.

Komfortable bed, quite spacious room, I liked that we had ironing facilities in the room. Quite reachable with subways, location is 10min from the Wall Street.

It's in a great location near offices and buildings, across the street from SI Ferry and MTA stations (Whitehall and South Ferry), making it easy to access the city. They also made our bed even though we were staying 2 nights! Great coffee is around the corner, too. Nice views of the bay.

The location is very nice, you can either walk or taking subway to downtown. The south ferry is only a few minutes walk. The hotel view is also nice. The room is a bit smaller than expected but worth the price in New York. The table lamp has charger converter for European standard or other places, and it was convenient.

The room was amazing. Great view of the bay despite there being a big building Infront. Very clean, comfortable beds, great bathrooms, smooth check-in.
